The HC-PD is the ideal checkweigher solution for the ultra-precise, automatic and continuous weight registration of extremely small products such as tablets, coins, ball bearings, etc.
The product supply is carried out individually and product-specifically. In the case of the 100% checking of tablet batches, the tablets are separated and supplied to the infeed conveyor automatically. Product transport on the weighing conveyor is done by round belts. For weighing, the product is deposited gently on the comb-shaped weighing platform (Push-Down Technology).
Vibrations are suppressed by the use of Active Vibration Compensation Technology (AVC). Weighing in the milligram range takes place inside fractions of a second. Classification into good or bad products (as well as possible sorting out) follows directly through the control system of the checkweigher.
Use in the multi-lane applications (parallel and simultaneous weighing) is easy to realize. The HC-PD offers new possibilities in the quality assurance of setnsitive products and production processes by means of 100% automated control.
